Provides oversight and strategic guidance to ensure the sustainability and longevity of the Church.  The Board is responsible for overseeing and ensuring there is responsible stewardship of Church resources and financial accountability and solvency.  Furthermore, the Board shall

  1. represent the Church in all matters related to its legal and financial transactions and maintain legal and financial responsibility of the Church to include overseeing matters involving sale, mortgaging, insurance, purchase, or rental of real property.
  2. execute any deeds, mortgages, bonds, contracts or other instruments that the Church authorizes.
  3. represent the legal and financial matters of the Church regarding improvement or disposal of Church property.
  4. be bonded by the Church insurance policy.
  5. shall have no power to buy, sell, lease, or transfer any property without specific vote of the Church authorizing such action.
